Online Repeat Prescription Ordering

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online by clicking here

Please allow at least 48 hours for prescription requests to be processed. Weekends not included.

Registering for Online Services

If you are not yet registered for online services please collect a registration form, from the reception desk or print this form, fill it in and bring it with you to hand in at reception.

Registration Form

The reception staff will register you on our system and give you instructions to follow to complete the registration process yourself online. You must register and activate your account within 30 days of it being issued by the reception staff.

Disabled Access and Parking

Parking spaces are available for disabled people and parent and child only.

Other parking can be found at the Village Hall or on street parking is available on St James Road.

Please do not park on the pavement outside the surgery as this causes obstruction to pedestrians and reduces visibility for drivers leaving the car park; traffic wardens also regularly patrol in the area.
